  2.       TO ACCESS THE REPORTS SECTION:  Simply type R  at the ASSIGNMENT.GRADE
  3.       entry area, followed by enter.  The reports menu will then appear.

  5.       ALPHABETICAL LIST WITH AVERAGES:  This report lists all students in
  6.       the class alphabetically, along with their average and their total.
  7.  
  8.       RANKED CLASS LIST WITH AVERAGES:  This report will list all students
  9.       in rank order, with the student with the highest grade listed first.
  10.       This section is excellent for quickly spotting all low or high grades.
  11.  
  12.       SHOW OVERALL GRADE SETUP:  This section shows you how you have set
  13.       the grades for this class - if you are using weighted grades, what
  14.       the grade categories are.  Change these with the modification section.

  16.       INDIVIDUAL GRADE REPORTS:  This section produces individual
  17.       grade reports.  Separate averages are provided for each grade
  18.       category (TEST, QUIZ, READING, MATH, LANGUAGE, ETC.) The specific
  19.       categories to be analyzed are determined once by you in the
  20.       initializing program.  Use this section to provide reports directly
  21.       to students or parents or simply to keep yourself more informed.
  22.       It is quite easy using this section to find "test-phobics" or
  23.       "homework-phobics".
